For domestic customers, orders are shipped only through registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post.
Orders are dispatched within 15 working days or according to the delivery schedule agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Shipment delivery is subject to courier/postal company regulations.
Shree Om Systems is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the courier or postal service. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier/postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of order and payment, unless a different delivery date was agreed upon.
Deliveries will always be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card used for payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.
Shree Om Systems is not liable for any damage to the shipment during transit.

3. How Delivery Charges Are Calculated
The delivery charge is based on the weight of the product.
When multiple products from the same category are ordered, the system automatically adds their total weight and applies a single delivery charge.
Example:
A customer orders 3 items weighing:
200 g
250 g
400 g
Total weight = 850 g The customer is charged one delivery fee for a shipment weighing between 500 g and 1 kg.
If these items were ordered separately, the customer would pay:
3 × charges for items under 500 g = higher cost
By ordering together, the customer pays only ₹85 instead of ₹142.
4. Automatic Calculation
The product weight is already built into the delivery charge for each item. The final shipping cost is automatically added at the checkout/payment stage.
