Scratch-offs will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within
24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation will not be applicable
if the order has already been communicated to sellers/vendors and the shipping process
has begun.
Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible
for cancellation.
No cancellations are applicable for items purchased during special promotional events
such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited-time offers,
and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Cancellation requests are not accepted for pre-order items. However,
a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer proves that the delivered item
is in unacceptable condition.
If you believe the product received does not match the description shown on the website,
you must notify our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving
the product. After reviewing the complaint, an appropriate decision will be taken.
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to
contact the respective manufacturer directly. Shree Om Systems believes in supporting
its customers to the fullest extent possible and follows a customer-friendly
cancellation policy.
Note: All cancellation, refund, and replacement requests are subject to
verification and approval as per company policies.
